Connect Groups at Hillcrest Church are a place where someone notices your spiritual growth and cares when tough things happen.

Essential elements of connect groups at Hillcrest:
1. We use the bible to inform our discussion
2. We share our lives and care for each other
3. We pray together and for one another
4. We keep the goal in mind of maturing as disciples who make disciples (We pursue maturity in Christ by making disciples who make disciples)
5. We identify upcoming leaders within the group and multiply to create more groups.
6. Group leaders are empowered by and accountable to Hillcrest
